Utility Tax Service, LLC was established in October 2004. Founding members Mike Arterburn, RTA and JoAnn Ramos-Siebeneicher, RTA have put their knowledge to work for you with over 85 years of property tax assessment and collections experience. Our next generation, Michael H. Arterburn, RTA and Monica Ramos-Pena, RTA are committed to providing our clients with the same highest quality service in the property tax industry.

Currently we represent over 200 special districts in the following Texas counties.
Aransas, Atascosa, Austin, Bastrop, Bexar, Brazoria, Cameron, Chambers, Collin, Comal, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fort Bend, Galveston, Guadalupe, Harris, Hays, Kaufman, Kendall, Liberty, Medina, Montgomery, Tarrant, Travis, Waller, Webb, Williamson, and Wise.
